Is the Zoho Books integration two-way?
Yes. Accounts, tax rates, items, contacts, currencies, and tags sync from Zoho Books into Tofu, and reviewed extractions publish directly back to Zoho Books as AP bills, AR invoices, and direct expenses, with tax treatment and tag assignment applied.
How do I activate the Zoho Books integration?
It's currently waitlisted. Contact the Tofu team to get it enabled for your organisation, then connect your Zoho Books organisation in a few clicks.
What happens if a document has a contact that isn't in Zoho Books yet?
Tofu creates it for you automatically, so you're not stuck adding it manually in Zoho Books before you can move on with the extraction.
Can Tofu auto-assign Zoho Books tags?
Yes. Tofie reads your Zoho tag configuration, including scope and level, and assigns the correct tag automatically during extraction. Correcting a tag once helps Tofie learn for next time, at the entity level.
How do I move extractions into Zoho Books?
Review the extraction in Tofu and publish it straight to Zoho Books. If you prefer an import workflow, export using the Zoho Books CSV template instead.
Can Tofu process invoices in Arabic and other non-Latin scripts?
