How does Tofu connect to AutoCount Cloud?
With your AutoCount Cloud API credentials. No OAuth flow is required, and Tofu reads your accounts, items, contacts, currencies, and tags as soon as it connects.
Does Tofu support AutoCount Desktop as well as AutoCount Cloud?
Yes. AutoCount Cloud connects natively with your API credentials, and AutoCount Desktop is supported through CSV export. The same AI extraction and self-learning engine applies to both pathways.
Does Tofu preserve Chinese characters in supplier and item names?
Yes. Chinese character strings in supplier and item description fields are preserved without romanisation or content loss, on both the AutoCount Desktop CSV and AutoCount Cloud pathways. Malay and Tamil fields are handled the same way.
Do tax rates sync from AutoCount Cloud?
Accounts, items, contacts, currencies, and tags all sync. Tax rates are the exception, so you set those up once directly in Tofu and they apply to every extraction after that.
How do I move extractions into AutoCount?
Export using the AutoCount template and import it, with no reformatting or manual re-entry.
How does the AI learn my AutoCount coding preferences?
