The challenge: a manual workflow that slowed everything down

Klozer, a Malaysia-based firm that supports foreigners setting up and operating businesses locally, manages around 100 clients and completes monthly bookkeeping work for about 30 of them. With a small, close-knit team managing this recurring workflow, much of their time was tied up in document handling, verification and data entry.
